Sales and Service manager:

An opportunity now exists for a dynamic and passionate retailer to join the Horseland team as Sales and Service Manager.

Horseland is Australia’s largest equestrian retail chain and is 100% Australian owned and operated, with 54 retail stores across the country.

As an inspired and results driven Sales and Service Manager you will:

• -Drive a sales focused performance based culture
• -Coach, develop and mentor franchise members and store teams
• -Motivate and inspire your franchisees within your territory
• -Drive local area marketing at a store level
• -Utilise your skills to achieve sales budgets and KPIs
• -Enforce the Horseland sales and service program
• -Manage and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• -Ensure Horseland standards and expectations are delivered
• -Participate in the recruitment and induction of store staff with the franchisee
• -Demonstrate enthusiasm and high energy with an ability to work within a team

As an experienced retailer you will be able to demonstrate;

• -Multi-site management experience (or highly driven senior store manager)
• -Proven leadership skills with a strong emphasis on sales and operations
• -Developing people through positive performance management
• -Strong communication and negotiation skills with an ability to influence
• -Proven ability to achieve and exceed goals
• -Ability to work to set timelines
• -Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• -Willingness to travel
• -Equestrian knowledge is beneficial but not essential
