The darts where tail bag attaches causes rear 1/4 of rug to scrunch over the rump. This creates a nice fit and the rug hasn't slipped from side to side.However,it also results in reduced drop/depth of rug over the hindquarters. May need to buy 1 size up. I have a 6' rug on a pony which usually takes 5'9. Was a bit too small for horse I bought it for who usually has a 6' rug. Great rug though and am happy with the quality. (Posted on 9/02/12)
