This agreement contains the complete terms of use that apply to users of the Horseland.com website ("Site").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to these terms of use. Horseland reserves the right, at Horseland's discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. Please check these terms at regular intervals for any changes. Your continued use of the Site following any change to these terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

Use of Materials

Personal Use

Horseland authorises you to print, copy, re-produce, download and view materials on the Site, subject to:

Commercial use - Copying, reproduction or distribution of material from the Site for any commercial use is expressly prohibited without Horseland's express written consent.

Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms & Other Online Communication Forums

You are expressly prohibited from uploading to, distributing through, or otherwise publish through the Site any inappropriate communication in any form (including, but not limited to text, images, video and/or sound). Inappropriate communications include obscene, harassing, pornographic, abusive, slanderous, defamatory, vulgar, threatening and/or offensive material.
Commercial use of bulletin boards, chat rooms and other on-line communication forums is strictly prohibited without Horseland's express written consent.

Privacy

Horseland will not observe, edit, or disclose the contents of any information provided to the Site by you, unless required:
· to do so by law, or in good-faith believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law; or
· to protect the interests of other Site users; or
· to protect Horseland's interests.
You are expressly liable for the content of any communication (including but not limited to data, images, video, text and/or sound) which you upload to the Site. By uploading materials to the Site, you grant Horseland a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual licence to use, modify, reproduce, distribute or otherwise deal with the uploaded material in any manner which Horseland deems appropriate. In addition, you agree to waive all "moral rights" in those materials.

Information at the Site

Horseland updates the Site regularly, however Horseland makes no representation as to the accuracy, currency or completeness of any information at the Site. You should not rely on any of the information or services provide at the Site. All information and services at the Site are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty express or implied and that you use the information and/or services at your own risk.

One of the services which the Site provides is access to other sites on the internet (including sites located at the Horseland Shopping Mall) via hyperlinks located on the Site ("Linked Sites"). While Horseland has used reasonable endeavours to review the Linked Sites, Horseland is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, decency of material or copyright compliance of Linked Sites.

The materials in this Site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either express or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Horseland disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Horseland makes no claim as to the accuracy of the content contained in the Site. Horseland does not accept liability to any person for the information or advice provided on the Site or incorporated into it by reference. Indemnification

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.
You are entirely responsible for any and all activities which occur under your account and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Horseland for any liability or expense arising from such use or misuse. You agree to immediately notify Horseland of any unauthorised use of your account.
Horseland is not liable to any other party for any consequential, incidental or indirect loss or damage including loss of profit (whether consequential, incidental or indirect) resulting from a breach of this agreement or negligence of Horseland or its representatives.

Jurisdiction

This agreement is construed according to and is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in and of Victoria in relation to any dispute arising under this agreement.

Termination

This agreement is effective from your first use of the Site until terminated by either party.
You may terminate this agreement at any time by unsubscribing to all services provided by the Site and destroying all materials obtained from the Site, all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement.
This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from Horseland, if in Horseland's sole discretion, you fail to comply with any term or provision of these terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from the Site and unsubscribe to all services provided by the Site.

Horseland Classifieds

Certain features of the Horseland Website are designed to be a venue only to facilitate the purchase and sale of items listed. Care should be taken when entering into arrangements with other parties. If there is a dispute between users of this Website you hereby release Horseland Limited, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates or successors in right from all claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of any kind, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or the Website.
It is your responsibility and you agree to comply with all requirements, legal or other in relation to the use of Horseland classifieds. In particular the following is prohibited: misleading, deceptive or fraudulent offers, infringement of a third party's intellectual property rights, obscene, threatening, indecent or defamatory material or material disclosing confidential or third party personal information.
You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicenseable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in relation to the information submitted by you for the inclusion in a classified on the Website.
Horseland makes no guarantees or representations regarding placement of your classified or the content of classifieds in the vicinity of your classified other than the subject categories in which classifieds are posted.
Horseland makes no guarantee or representations regarding availability of the Website or access to your classified.

Horseland Expert Advice

The Horseland Experts Advice page contains a wide variety of information including Equestrian Coaching, Saddlery Tips, Pasture Management, Showing Tips, Training Tips and Veterinary Advice along with a facility to submit queries in relation to any of the listed fields.
The information on the Horseland Experts Advice page is generic and does not take into account the physical state, medical status and/or health requirements of any particular individual or animal which are relevant to the proper diagnosis and treatment of any problem, condition or disorder. Consequently, you should never use or act upon this information without first properly consulting, and seeking proper information and advice from, a qualified Veterinary or Equine expert in relation to the individual aspects of your particular circumstances. Horseland does not give, or purport to give, any medical advice, and is not qualified to do so.

Treat this card like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. This card is: Redeemable for merchandise or services at participating stores in Australia only; Not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts; Must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card; Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date; Cannot be reloaded; Is partially redeemable. It is up to you to use the full value before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited. Privacy Statement:
This statement sets out the basis on which any personal information Horseland Saddlery Pty Ltd (“us”, “we”, “our”, “Horseland”) collects from you at the point of sale will be processed by us; please read it carefully. In this statement “personal information” means information or an opinion that allows you to be personally identified.

We would like to collect and process the information provided to us at the point of sale, plus details of your transactions with us and your use of your Horseland’s Rider Rewards Club Card to:
• Help manage Horseland Rider Rewards Club and improve the way we run it
• Understand our customers' shopping habits to improve our service
• Unless you indicate otherwise, contact you with offers and information about products and services that may be of interest to you
• Carry out obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us

By becoming a Rider Rewards Member, you give Horseland permission to mail and email to you Horseland marketing and third party offers which may be of interest to you. You can also elect to provide us with your mobile number and opt in to receive SMS messages which may be of interest to you. The information that we collect from you may be held within Australia and stored with our Australian sister company, Weatherbeeta Pty Ltd. It may also be processed by our employees and contractors operating in Australia. By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this statement. We may disclose your personal information to any member of our group of companies, which means our subsidiaries and our ultimate holding company and its subsidiariesWe may also disclose your personal information to a third party if we, or substantially all of our assets, are acquired by that third party, in which case personal information held by us about our customers will be one of the transferred assets. The Rewards Program
1. The Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card is issued by and remains the property of Horseland which reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:
(a) terminate the Horseland Rewards Card Program; (b) decline to issue a Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card to an applicant; and (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel a Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card, or Horseland rewards points (“Points “) collected, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the program. Reasonable grounds include but is not limited to, (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the program, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card, or Points in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii) our reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a Member in connection with the program.
2. All participants in the program must be resident in the Australia.
3. The Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card is not transferable, and can only be used by the person who initially set up their Membership at the Horseland point of sale.
4. Members may be removed from the program at any time at the discretion of Horseland.
5. The Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card can only be used at Horseland stores.
6. The Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card cannot be used as a credit card, debit card or a guarantee card.
7. The program is only for personal and consumer use. Points and Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded. They may only be pooled by the individual Member who initially established the Membership.
8. Your Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card cannot be used for any transaction where the beneficiary is a business and/or the owner of a business.
9. The Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card remains the responsibility of the Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card holder.
10. Horseland reserves the right to decline to issue a Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card where the applicant is already or has previously been a Member of the program.
POINTS
11. To collect Points for a transaction in-store, you must present your Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card at the checkout.
12. Points will not be given for purchases of gift cards. Other products may at any time be excluded from the Scheme at the discretion of Horseland. Confirmed that points are in fact not provided for these by Nick
13. You must also spend at least $1 in a single transaction for the transaction to qualify for Points. For every $50.00 you spend at your local Horseland Store you will receive 1 Reward Point. This can be altered at any time at the discretion of Horseland. Horseland shall be entitled to set a limit on the number of Points which may be awarded to each Horseland Rider Rewards Club account in respect of special promotional items on which additional Points are awarded. Horseland shall be entitled at any time to cancel Points awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent Points value.
Where the relevant products are exchanged for products of a lower Points value Horseland shall be entitled to cancel the balance of Points between those originally collected and those collected in respect of the replacement products.

15. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers.

Vouchers
16. From time to time, rewards, in the form of Horseland Club Rewards Card Vouchers (“Vouchers”), will be mailed/emailed with a statement to Members who have accumulated 20 Points and over by the end of each collecting period. Horseland reserves the right to stop sending out Vouchers at any time at its discretion.
17. Collecting periods may vary at Horseland’s discretion.
18. The level of reward given by Horseland will be based on the number of Points that a Member has collected on Horseland products by the end of the last day of a collecting period. Reward points a Member has collected on Horseland products that fall between the level of reward and the next level will be 'carried over‘ as the starting balance for the next collecting period.
19. Members who do not reach the minimum number of Points needed to qualify for a reward by the end of the collecting period will have their Points total 'carried over’ to the next collecting period.
20. The terms and conditions relating to Vouchers may be found on the Vouchers.
21. Horseland Rider Rewards Club Members may be removed from the mailing and SMS list if no purchase has been made within a 12 month period. We may continue to contact them via email.
22. Points expire 24 months from date of purchase.

General
23. The promoter of Horseland Rider Rewards Club is Horseland Saddlery Pty Ltd of 8 Moncrief Rd Nunawading 3131.

Lost or Stolen Card
24. Please contact your nearest Horseland Store to request a replacement card.
25. Any existing points will be transferred to your new card.

Change of Address & Details
26. Please advise your change of address details to your nearest Horseland store, or register as an online Member to update your details online.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry. Entry is via Internet only.
Entry is only open to residents of Australia (Entrants). The directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, printers, suppliers, providers and agencies whom are directly associated with the conduct of this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). If any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the discretion of the Promoter.
The promotion starts at 9:00am (AEST) 29/9/2011 and ends at 5:00pm (AEDT) 31/10/2011 (Promotional Period). Final entries must be received by the Promoter by 5:00pm (AEDT) 1/11/2011. The draw to determine the winners will take place at 12:00pm (AEDT) on 15/11/2011 at Weatherbeeta Pty Ltd, 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading VIC 3131. Winners will be notified in writing. Winners’ names and localities will be published in The Australian on 22/11/2011. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. To enter the promotion, Entrants must: during the Promotional Period, purchase any one (1) or more product(s) in one (1) single transaction valued at OVER $125.00 either online at www.horseland.com.au or at a participating Horseland store in Australia (Eligible Purchase); and by 5:00pm (AEDT) 1/11/2011, log onto www.horseland.com.au (Promotional Website) and fully and correctly complete and successfully submit the online entry form in the manner required, including providing the Entrant’s full name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, mobile telephone number (if applicable), current and valid email address, and the store receipt number of the Eligible Purchase.
KEEP RECEIPTS: Each Entrant must retain and may be required to present proof of each Eligible Purchase in order to claim a prize. An Entrant may be required to provide to the Promoter proof of purchase for all entries made. If an Entrant is unable to provide proof of purchase for all entries made within the required timeframes, then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid. Proof of purchase includes showing the original and providing a photocopy of the store receipt for each Eligible Purchase made during the Promotional Period.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website remain an Entrant’s responsibility and may vary depending on the Internet service provider used. Contact details entered incorrectly on the Promotional Website by an Entrant will deem an entry invalid.
The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
Multiple entries accepted however each entry must be based on a separate Eligible Purchase, must be submitted separately and must independently comply with these Conditions of Entry.
The first three (3) eligible entries randomly drawn from all entries received will each win one (1) AUD$1,000.00 ‘shopping spree’ certificate to be redeemed at a participating Horseland store. Certificates are valid for six (6) months from date issued. Certificates may only be redeemed on products (excluding saddles and gift cards) from the following brands only: Weatherbeeta, Saxon, Combat, Kool Coat, Collegiate, Kincade, Saddle Craft, San Deranto, JP Korsteel, Roma, Cavallo, Equilibrium, Dublin, HV Polo, Euro-Star, Joules, Good Hands, Roeckl, Wahl, Equinade, Joseph Lyddy, NRG, Oakwood, Champion Tails, Australian Dressage, Effax, Troy, Uvex, Mountain Horse and Crosby. Certificates are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use including expiration dates and are not replaceable if lost, stolen or damaged.
Total maximum prize pool value is $3,000.00. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash (unless otherwise indicated). Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. All prize values are the recommended retail price including GST.
The Promoter may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw as is necessary on 16/2/2012 in order to distribute any prizes (if any) unclaimed by that date, subject to any written directions given under applicable State or Territory legislation. In the event of any winner(s) in the unclaimed prize draw, the winner(s) will be notified in writing and their names and localities will be published in The Australian on 22/2/2012. All reasonable steps to notify the winners of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. Entrants who provide incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information are ineligible to participate in the promotion and all entries of an Entrant who is deemed by the Promoter to have provided incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information may, at the discretion of the Promoter, be deemed invalid. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Entrant produce (within the requested time) appropriate photo identification or other documentation (to the Promoter’s satisfaction, at its sole discretion) in order to confirm the Entrant’s identity, age, residential address, eligibility to enter and claim a prize, and any information submitted by the Entrant in entering the promotion, before issuing a prize (including confirming consent of an Entrant’s parent or legal guardian and the name, age and address of the parent or legal guardian that gave their consent, where an Entrant is under 18 years of age). If the documentation required by the Promoter is not received by the Promoter (or its nominated agent) or an Entrant or entry has not been verified or validated to the Promoter’s satisfaction then all the entries of that Entrant will be ineligible and deemed invalid.
It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release or releases in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or (c) if the Entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. A prize will only be awarded following any winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires in its sole discretion.
Any attempt, deliberate or otherwise, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promotional Website or the information on the Promotional Website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an Entrant, the Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.
If a prize or element of a prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including but not limited to war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or, if necessary, to provide an alternative prize or prizes to the same value as an original prize or prizes, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies excludes all liability (including negligence) except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, for any direct or indirect injury, loss and/or damage arising in any way out of the promotion. This includes, but is not limited to: (i) technical malfunctions, delays or failures, including those resulting from accessing any materials related to this promotion and any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion as a result of any technical malfunctions, delays or failures; (ii) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (iii) lost or damaged entries, prize claims or prizes; and/or (iv) acceptance and/or use of any prize. Applicable manufacturers and/or distributors should be contacted in regards to all prize warranty claims.
As a condition of entering this promotion, an Entrant consents to, in the event they are a winner, the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The Entrant agrees that, in the event they are a winner, the Entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
An entry and any copyright subsisting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about an Entrant to include the Entrant in the promotion and, where appropriate, award prizes. If the personal information requested is not provided, the Entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible.

If an Entrant participates in the promotion and also chooses to “opt-in” to sign up to Horseland Rider Rewards Club, the Entrant acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of the Entrant’s personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the Entrant in the future with information on special offers or provide the Entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages (SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email) or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. Customer Feedback Survey - Win 1 of 2 Dublin or HV Polo Packs Worth $500!

The competition and survey opens at 9.00am AEST on 11 August 2011 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 8th September 2011. The competition and survey are only open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over.

To enter, eligible entrants must go to horseland.com.au/customer-feedback and complete and submit the online survey as prompted. Entrants will receive an on-screen notification confirming that their entry has been received.

There is a limit of one entry per person. The promoter may, at its absolute discretion, block and / or disqualify entrants from submitting further entries into the promotion where they have reached that limit.

The promoter is not responsible for technical difficulties with the entry mechanism and does not warrant that any entry mechanism will be available at all times. Entrants can only enter the promotion in their own name. All costs associated or arising in connection with the prize are the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

Judging will be conducted at 8 Moncrief Rd, Nunawading, Victoria 3131 at 12.00pm AEST on 22 September 2011. The 2 most entries deemed most creative will each win a Horseland Gift Card to the value of $500 including GST. Total prize pool valued at $1,000 including GST. The winner will be notified by phone and mail and published at horseland.com.au/customer-feedback on 26 September 2011.

The unclaimed prize draw will be held at 12.00pm AEST on 19 December 2011 and the winner will be published at horseland.com.au/customer-feedback on 20 December 2011.

Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The promoter shall not be liable for the prize being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before they reach the winners or after it has been released to the winner. If the promoter is unable to provide a winner with a nominated prize, the promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated prize.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries not received for any reason during the promotion period. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries. The promoter does not warrant that the entry mechanism will be available at all times during the promotion period.

If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of being run as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to take any action that may be available to it, subject to State regulations, including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the promotion.

Any entrant who, in the opinion of the promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry or judging mechanism in any way, engages in any unlawful or improper conduct which jeopardises or is likely to jeopardise the fair or proper conduct of the promotion, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.

Incomplete, illegible, indecipherable or incorrect entries are not eligible to win.

The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or claim, action, demand, liability, damage, cost, expense or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct, indirect or consequential loss), incurred, suffered or sustained by any person or entity (without limitation) in connection with, or arising from, the promotion or the acceptance or use of, or participation in, the prize, except that which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law).

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning or receiving the benefit of a prize.

The promoter collects personal information about entrants to include entrants in the promotion and where appropriate award the prize. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion. By participating in the promotion, each entrant consents to the promoter using and disclosing their personal information for contacting the entrant in relation to the promotion, improving the promoter's goods and services; and the purposes set out in the promoter's privacy policy (available by writing to the promoter).

The eligible entrant provides this consent until such a time as they withdraw their consent by giving notice to the promoter. By entering the promotion, entrants agree and acknowledge that the promoter may obtain comments from them about the promotion and take photos or recordings of them (and contacting them for those purposes), use any of the comments, photos or recordings obtained from them, their name, and - or likeness (the Materials) for the promoter's future promotional and marketing purposes without further reference or compensation to them;
