Here at Horseland, we’ve been at the heart of the equestrian community for almost 40 years and we
are very privileged to have thousands of conversations every day with people who share our passion for
horses. Those conversations enable us to listen closely to what our customers want from us and we’re
always looking out for how we can continue to serve you better.


Increasingly, our customers are asking to see more great value offers in Horseland. Recently we rolled
out Horseland’s Super Value Buys with a Cohesive Bandage “4 for $5’’ offer and a ‘’Half Price Rock Salt’’
promotion too. The response has been overwhelming and has confirmed the feedback – our customers
love the new great value offers. Moving forward, we will be extremely focused on expanding these offers
throughout the store.


We have also heard that our Rider Rewards points program is much less important to you than other
things we do and less important than it was in the past. Therefore, we have decided to close the Rider
Rewards program this year and focus our energies in other areas. We do understand this change will come
as a surprise for those of you who have been fans of the program however we are confident that the new
focus will provide great value. The timetable for the change will allow you time to redeem your points on
the fantastic Spring/Summer collection and on Christmas gifts, so we hope you will make the most of your
Rider Reward points before the program closes.


Here are the key dates:
Saturday 4 November 2017: This is the last day you can COLLECT Rider Reward Points on your purchases.
We won’t be issuing any more points after this date but you will still have several more weeks to spend
what you have collected.
Saturday 23 December 2017: This is the last day you can REDEEM your points – so make sure you have
used all you wish to redeem on new season purchases, Christmas gifts or just on your regular horsey
needs by then.

Question: What is the date from where I can no longer earn points?

Saturday 4 November 2017. After this date you will no longer earn points on purchases

Question: What is the date for expiry of points?

Saturday 23 December 2017, after this date you will no longer be able to redeem Rider Rewards points

Question: Can customers transfer points to a friend or family?

The Horseland RR Club Card is not transferrable and can only be used by the Horseland Rider Rewards Club Card holder

Question: Will I still be able to earn points on purchases up until the closure date?

No. Points can only be earned until 11.59pm on Saturday 4 November 2017

Question : How do I find out what my balance is?

Please ask our friendly staff instore and they will be able to tell you and even suggest what great specials or new season product you could use your points on
