Returns & Refund Policy – Online Orders only (for returns to Horseland Stores, please contact your nearest Horseland Store)

Horseland strives to deliver your online order in the fastest possible time.  We do understand that there may be some instances where you may want to return items. 

 

Items may be returned to Horseland Online (at the address below) within 14 days of product receipt, at your expense so that the item/s may be assessed. 

Before processing a return, please email onlinesales@horseland.com.au outlining why you wish to return your product (from the options below) so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.

Offer excludes postage and handling on change of mind goods.

B - Faulty Product (give details)
C - Product not as ordered (provide details)
D - Dissatisfied with product
E - Other (give details)

 

To return an item, the product MUST be in original condition with all labels attached and in correct original condition packaging and returned within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure that boots have all of their inner packaging correctly in place, and that the soles are completely clean.

 

The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.

Refunds will be paid back onto the purchaser's original credit card or their PayPal Account.  Exchanges need to be made in the form of a new online product sale.
