“CAMELOT RIDING RESORT” PROMOTION

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2. Entry is open to all Australian residents. Employees of Nature Vet Pty Ltd and their immediate families, and printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The promotion commences on 1st May 2010 at 00.01 am (AEST) and concludes on the 31st July 2010 at 23:59 (AEST). Any entries received after this date are ineligible for the draw and no responsibility will be accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.

4. To enter, consumers must purchase a Nature Vet Ammo Allwormer, Cosequin Equine or Joint Guard for Horses product from a store during the promotional period and enter the last four digits of the bar code with their name via sms to 0458 295 717, online at www.naturevet.com.au or via post to Nature Vet Pty Ltd, Camelot Promotion, PO Box 147, Glenorie, NSW 2157.

5. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.

6. The major prize draw will take place at 10:00 (AEST) 16th August 2010 at the Nature Vet office. (11 Moores Rd, Glenorie NSW 2157). There are two major prizes which are an all expenses paid trip for two to Camelot Riding Resort in China to the value of $10,000.00 each. Each prize includes: 2 return economy seat airfares to China, 6 nights accommodation at the 5 star Camelot resort, all transfers, all meals, facilities and horse riding within the resort. Additional items purchased from the pro shop or the Asmara Spa will be at the expense of the prize winner.

7. The major prizes will be randomly selected from database of entrants who have entered through sms, post or the website. The major prizes are transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash. The major prize must be taken between August 2010 and February 2011.

8. The winners will be notified by phone and mail and their details will be published in the public notices section of The Australian newspaper on 27/08/10. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Total Prize Value is $20,000.00 (including GST). Each State or Territory pool equal too $2,500

11. Should any prize remain unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 16:00 (AEST) on 16th February 2011 at Nature Vet Pty Ltd, 11 Moores Rd, Glenorie NSW. The winner will be notified by phone and mail and their name will be published in the public notices section of The Australian newspaper on 27th February 2011. The prize must then be taken between August 2011 and February 2012.

12. Prize values include GST and are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.

13. The winners agree to the use of their names, images and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation, and agree that the Promoter will own copyright in any such images and photograph/s and in all material incorporating the photograph/s.

14. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the competition is final and binding on every person who enters and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter & promotional partners may use the entrant’s names, addresses, email addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice, unless otherwise advised by the entrant(s). By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they allow their details to be used for this purpose. If entrants do not consent to their details being used for future marketing purposes, the entrant should contact the Promoter on their details set out below. Any request to update, modify or delete the entrant’s details should be directed to the Promoter.

18. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to state regulations), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

19. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders it's determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, War; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions subject to State Regulation.

20. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the prizes is the responsibility of the winners.
