1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
4. Entries into the promotion open on 26/03/26 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 14/06/26 (“Promotional Period”).
5. A participating store is any online or in-store Horseland located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period (“Participating Store”).
6. To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, purchase any Autumn/Winter 2026 Season WeatherBeeta horse rug that is listed in Annexure A (each an “Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store (“Qualifying Transaction”). In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an entrant for their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request one.
7. If an individual completes their Qualifying Transaction at an in-store Participating Store, to receive an entry into the relevant draw, they must then, during the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
a) Visit https://www.horseland.com.au/competitions or scan the QR code on the promotional material in-store and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
b) Input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, valid email address, postal address, phone number and date of birth);
c) Input their receipt number and number of Eligible Products purchased; and
d) Submit the fully completed entry form.
8. For the avoidance of doubt, any individual who makes an online Qualifying Transaction will receive one (1) automatic entry into the relevant draw upon completing the online Qualifying Transaction, and there is no requirement to complete a separate entry form.
9. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Product purchased; and (b) for individuals who enter in-store, each entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements.
10. Any entries received for Qualifying Transactions that have been cancelled or refunded during the Promotional Period and up until the time of the relevant draw will be deemed invalid.
11. Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the Participating Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
12. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
13. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
14. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
15. There will be a total of thirteen (13) draws conducted for this promotion, consisting of eleven (11) weekly draws (each a “Weekly Draw”), one (1) early bird draw (“Early Bird Draw”) and one (1) major draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). Entries into each Weekly Draw will open and close on the dates/times indicated in the table below. Entries into the Early Bird Draw open at 12:00am AEDT on 26/03/26 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 23/04/26. All Weekly Draws and the Early Bird Draw will take place at 1 Hydrive Cl, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia on the dates/times indicated in the table below. The Major Draw will take place at Level 3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 17/06/26 at 11:00am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Weekly Draw winners, the Early Bird Draw winner and the Major Prize winners will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the relevant draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online at the Horseland Facebook and Instagram pages at https://www.facebook.com/horselandau and https://www.instagram.com/horseland_official/ on the dates indicated in the table below. All non-winning entries in each Weekly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws, however, all entries (including all entries in the Early Bird Draw) will be entered into the Major Draw.

16. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The first valid entry drawn from each Weekly Draw will win one (1) $150 Horseland voucher each.
18. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Horseland voucher are not included in the prize. Any unused balance of the Horseland voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Horseland voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Horseland voucher.
19. The first valid entry drawn from the Early Bird Draw will win one (1) meet and greet experience with Olympian Equestrian rider Stuart Tinney and five-star Equestrian rider Gemma Tinney in NSW, valued at up to $2,500. The Promoter will notify the winner of the exact location in NSW and the date that the meet and greet experience must be taken on at the time of winner notification. For the avoidance of doubt, flights and accommodation are not included in the prize and any costs associated with traveling to and from the location of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
20. The meet and greet experience provides the winner with an opportunity to meet Olympian Equestrian rider Stuart Tinney and 5-star Equestrian rider Gemma Tinney, and an opportunity to have photographs taken with Stuart Tinney and Gemma Tinney. These elements of the prize are not guaranteed and are subject to the goodwill of Stuart Tinney and Gemma Tinney on the day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that these elements of the prize cannot be offered for any reason.
21. The first valid entry drawn from the Major Draw will win one (1) trip for two (2) people to attend their choice of either the 2027 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event (Kentucky, USA), the 2027 MARS Badminton Horse Trials Event (Badminton, UK) or the 2027 Spruce Meadows 'Masters’ Tournament (Calgary, Canada), valued at up to $35,850 (depending on date and point of departure). The Promoter will advise the winner of the exact dates that the chosen Event will take place on once the dates have been released.

23. Spending money, transfers, meals, transport to and from departure point, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the dates of the event (as advised by the Promoter once the 2027 dates are released) and is subject to booking and flight availability.
24. Winners and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The Promoter will not be responsible if a winner or their companion is refused a visa to any country, or is not permitted entry into that country for any reason.
25. The 2027 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event (Kentucky, USA), the 2027 MARS Badminton Horse Trials Event (Badminton, UK), the 2027 Spruce Meadows 'Masters’ Tournament (Calgary, Canada) and the 2027 Adelaide Equestrian Festival tickets (Adelaide, SA) are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
26. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
27. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
28. Total prize pool value is up to $50,000.
29. Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
30. Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEST on 19/07/26 (for the original winners) and by 11:59pm AEST on 19/08/26 (for the winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any).
31. A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 20/07/26 at the same time and place as the Major Draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within seven (7) days of the draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online at the Horseland Facebook and Instagram pages at https://www.facebook.com/horselandau and https://www.instagram.com/horseland_official/ on 27/07/26.
32. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
33. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
34. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
35. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) if any of the events are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of a prize.

As a condition of accepting any prize awarded via the Early Bird Draw or the Major Draw, the winner (and their companion, if applicable) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
40. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The entrants consent to the Promoter using their PI for these purposes or any other purposes set out in its Privacy Policy. By entering the Promotion Entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a Prize if they are drawn as a Winner.

Duration

Eligibility to Enter
5. To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a resident of Australia (Eligible Entrants).

Entry into the Promotion
11. To Enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps (Entry):

12. Entrants may enter this competition multiple times.
13. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected Entries.
14. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the Entry is received by the Promoter.
Determination of Winners
15. This promotion is a game of chance and Winners will be drawn from the Eligible Entries, in accordance with clauses 17 and clause 29 (if applicable).

The Prize

22. The Prize must be spent at Horseland Toowoomba between 9:00am AEST 24/12/24 and 4:00pm AEST 7/1/25. The Prize can be spent in multiple transactions during the redemption period. Any amount unused within this period will be forfeited and cannot be issued as a gift card or cash.
23. Under the Australian Consumer Law, there are some warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified or can only be excluded, restricted or modified to a limited extent. The Promoter excludes all warranties and guarantees in relation to the prizes, to the extent allowable under the Australian Consumer Law. Except as otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any defect with the prizes.

Notification of the Winners
26. The Winner will be notified via the mobile number and email used for their Entry by 10:00am AEST 23/12/24.
27. The Winner will be announced via Stories through the Horseland Toowoomba Instagram account once the Winner has been notified and accepted their Prize.
Right of the Promoter to Redraw
29. The Promoter reserves the right to re-select a Winner in the event of a Winner not being an Eligible Entrant, not having complied with these Terms and Conditions or not being able to be contacted by the Promoter after the Promoter having made reasonable efforts to do so. If a redraw is necessary, it will be conducted at 22 McDougall Street, Glenvale QLD 4350 by 12:00pm AEST 27/12/24, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any Winner determined in accordance with this clause will be notified by mobile number and email within 1 business day of the redraw and their name will be published at www.horseland.com.au/competitions.
Limitation of Liability and Variation of Promotion
30. Except as otherwise required by law, if any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
31. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or the use of any Prize.

Terms & Conditions
1. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion Entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a Prize if they are drawn as a Winner.
2. The Promoter is Weatherbeeta Pty Ltd (ABN 77 006 752 692) of 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading VIC 3131. Ph: 1800 021 980 (Promoter).
3. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
Duration
4. Entry to the Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on 27/04/23 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on 15/5/23 (Promotion Period).
Eligibility to Enter
5. To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a resident of Australia (Eligible Entrants).
6. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion. These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent.
7. All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid.
8. If any Winner is aged under 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the Winner entering the promotion.
9. WeatherBeeta Pty Ltd employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
10. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries (including an Entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who is not an Eligible Entrant, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the Entry process.
Entry into the Promotion
11. To Enter, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps (Entry):
1) Make a purchase in-store or online during the Promotion Period
2) Complete the entry form with their full name, email, mobile number, residential postcode and transaction/order number at www.horseland.com.au/competitions
3) Create a Horseland Account to finalise the entry at www.horseland.com.au/customer/account
4) If the Entrant already has a Horseland Account they must complete and save ‘My Preferences’ when logged into their account
12. Entrants may enter this competition once only.
13. Entries must be submitted by the Entrant, automated Entries will not be valid.
14. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise inappropriate content will not be considered. The Promoter retains sole discretion as to what constitutes inappropriate content.
15. The Promoter is not responsible for (and is under no obligation to accept) any lost, late, incomplete or misdirected Entries.
16. The time of entry will be deemed to be the time the Entry is received by the Promoter.
Determination of Winners
17. This promotion is a game of chance and Winners will be drawn from the Eligible Entries, in accordance with clauses 19 and clause 33 (if applicable).
18. Winners will be picked at 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading VIC 3131 by 12:00pm AEST 17/5/23.
19. All valid Entries received during the Promotion Period will be eligible for the draw.
20. There will be a total of 5 x Winners.
21. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
22. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Prizes
23. The 5 x Winners will each receive the below Prizes:
· $1,000 RRP value of horse feed from Johnson’s Natural Formula
· $500 Horseland Gift Card
24. Total prize pool value is RRP $7,500 AUD.
25. Under the Australian Consumer Law, there are some warranties and guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified or can only be excluded, restricted or modified to a limited extent. The Promoter excludes all warranties and guarantees in relation to the prizes, to the extent allowable under the Australian Consumer Law. Except as otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law, the Promoter accepts no liability or responsibility for any defect with the prizes.
26. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
27. If a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to select an alternative prize of similar value which will be awarded to the relevant Winner, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the promotion or the prizes. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Notification of the Winners
29. The Winners will be notified via the email address used for their Entry by 5:00pm AEST 17/5/23.
30. Prizes will be posted to the Winners’ nominated delivery address via Australia Post domestic postal service.
31. The Winners will be announced via Stories through the Horseland Instagram account once all the Winners have been notified and accepted their Prize.
32. The names of the Winners will also be published at www.horseland.com.au/competitions for 28 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
Right of the Promoter to Redraw
33. The Promoter reserves the right to re-select a Winner in the event of a Winner not being an Eligible Entrant, not having complied with these Terms and Conditions or not being able to be contacted by the Promoter after the Promoter having made reasonable efforts to do so. If a redraw is necessary, it will be conducted at 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading by 12:00pm AEST 1/6/23, subject to any written direction given under applicable law. Any Winner determined in accordance with this clause will be notified by email within 1 business day of the redraw and their name will be published at www.horseland.com.au/competitions.
Limitation of Liability and Variation of Promotion
34. Except as otherwise required by law, if any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion and these Terms and Conditions.
35. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any losses (including loss of opportunity), damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or the use of any Prize.
