WIN the opportunity of a life time to be a Dublin 2016 Ambassador. Dublin is offering three lucky winners the opportunity to be a Dublin Ambassador for 2016.
Each Dublin 2016 Ambassador will receive:

  • return economy airfares to Melbourne to participate in the Dublin 2016 Ambassador photo shoot;
  • limousine transport to and from Melbourne airport to the Mansion Hotel and Spa at Werribee Park; 
  • 2 nights’ accommodation for 2 people at Mansion Hotel and Spa at Werribee Park including all meals; 
  • 2 tickets to the Dublin SocieTEA high Tea;
  • 1 hour LUX treatment at the Mansion Hotel and Spa at Werribee Park; 
  • participation in the Dublin Ambassador photo shoot; and
  • $1,000 of Dublin clothing and accessories.

Dublin 2016 Ambassador Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of the Dublin 2016 Ambassador Competition (Competition) is Weatherbeeta Pty Ltd (ABN 77 006 752 692) of 8 Moncrief Road, Nunawading VIC 3131. Ph: 1800 021 980.

2. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter also forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition dates

3. Entries open at 9am (AEST) Wednesday 23 March 2016 and close Sunday 27th April 2016 at 11.59pm (EST) (Competition Period).
4. The three (3) winners will be chosen from all entrants by a panel of judges on 28 April 2016. Winners will be contacted by phone and email within 24 hours of the Draw.
5. All entries must be submitted to the Promoter within the Competition Period. Late entries will not be accepted by the Promoter. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or misdirected Competition entries or for any delays or failures in any communications services or equipment.

Eligibility criteria

6. Entry into the Competition is only open to entrants who:

    • are an Australian resident and a non-professional rider;
    • have an established following on two or more social media outlets such as facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google+; 
    • complete a short survey designed to capture information about their riding involvement, social media use, knowledge of the Dublin brand and products;
    • if chosen as a Dublin 2016 Ambassador must:
    • be available to travel to Melbourne to participate in the Dublin Ambassador photo shoot to be held from Monday 16 May to Wednesday 18 May 2016;
    • have an ability to complete monthly Dublin product reviews;
    • be willing to make weekly social media posts regarding Dublin clothing and accessories including images and to use approved Dublin footwear hashtags in all social media content; 
    • be willing to recommend Dublin products to clients and friends;
    • display Dublin banners where appropriate at the yard, competitions; and
    • provide R&D feedback to Horseland regarding Dublin products.

7. Entry is free and open to Australian residents. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the entrant’s Internet service provider.

8. Employees of each of Horseland, Dublin Clothing Australia, WeatherBeeta, Flight Centre and Lancemore and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Competition. Immediate family members means spouses, parents and children.

Judging and prize winners

10. Entrants will be judged on the following criteria:

a. Geographic location
b. Social media footprint (size of networks, frequency of posts)
c. Range of ages and disciplines
d. Brand equity and appeal

11. The judges will award a prize for each region to the entrant whose name appears on the entry. This is a game of skill.
12. The judging will take place on Thursday 28th April 2016. The (3) prizes will be awarded on Thursday 28th April 2016 and the winners will be notified via email and phone within 24 hours of the winners chosen and awarded. The Promoter’s decision is in its complete discretion, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute. The prize must be taken by the winners as offered and cannot be varied.
13. As a condition of accepting a prize, a winner must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

Prize

14. There are three (3) Dublin 2016 Ambassador prizes to be won. There will be one Dublin 2016 Ambassador chosen to represent each of the following regions - Queensland/ NSW, Victoria/Tasmania and Western Australia/South Australia.
15. Each Dublin 2016 Ambassador will participate in a Dublin 2016 Ambassador photo shoot and represent their region for a period of 12 months from the date the winners are announced.
16. Each Dublin Ambassador will receive:

  • 2 x return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city to Melbourne;
  • 2 x limousine transport to and from Melbourne airport to the Mansion Hotel and Spa at Werribee Park; 
  • 2 nights’ accommodation and meals for 2 people at Mansion Hotel and Spa at Werribee Park including all meals;
  • 2 x tickets to the Dublin SocieTEA high Tea;
  • 1 x 1 hour LUX treatment at the Mansion Hotel and Spa at Werribee Park; 
  • participation in the Dublin Ambassador photo shoot from 16 May 2016 to 18 May 2016; and
  • $1,000 of Dublin clothing and accessories ( 1x Dublin 2016 Autumn/Winter pack and 1 x Dublin 2016 Spring/Summer Pack each consisting of footwear, legwear, apparel and helmet).


17. Total value of each prize is approximately $5,000. The Total Prize pool is a maximum of $15,000 RRP.
18. The value of the prize is accurate and based upon the recommended retail price at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize after that date. The prize (including any unused portion) cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or lesser value (including where the prize is unavailable), subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State or Territory where relevant.
19. The Prize must be taken by the winner and, where applicable, the winner’s parent or guardian (must be 21 years of age or over). The prize can only be taken be taken within the promotional dates published to attend the Horseland Dublin 2016 Ambassador photo shoot. If for any reason whatsoever, a winners cannot travel during the nominated time for the Horseland Dublin 2016 Ambassador photo shoot, the winner will forfeit their prize and the Promoter reserves the right to choose another entrant from the same region as a replacement winner. Transfers within Australia, transport to and from departure and arrival points in the winner’s home state, travel insurance, spending money and all other ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Normal booking conditions apply.
20. The winners must be available to travel to Melbourne from their nearest capital city in their state of residence so as to arrive in Melbourne on Monday 16th May 2016. Each winner will return to their home state on Wednesday 18th May 2016.
21. Winners are responsible for organising and meeting the costs of transport to and from the airport from which they will depart.

Miscellaneous

22. By entering the Competition, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Competition and to take the prize as described if they are chosen as one (1) of the three (3) winners.
23. If a winner for whatever reason, is unable to travel to Melbourne at the designated published dates for the photo shoot, the prize will become null and void for the entrant and their parent or guardian and the Promoter reserves the right to choose another entrant from the same region as a replacement winner.
24. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions.
25. Entrants aged under18 years of age must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the Competition and to provide personal information about themselves. All entrants under 18 years of age who enter the Competition without disclosing ,or who attempt to conceal or falsify, their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed ineligible to enter the Competition.
26. These Terms and Conditions will bind the entrant and their parent or guardian (as applicable).
27. For winners under 18 years of age, the prize as described must be taken with the parent or guardian who consented to the winner entering the Competition , however the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to permit the winner to be accompanied by another parent or guardian.
28. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits , excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, limited or modified at law (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, directors employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition.
29. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, directors employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:

a. any technical or communication difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c. any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, incomplete, ineligible, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
d. any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; or
e. use of a prize.

30. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, prohibition by the relevant authorities or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition), the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition as it sees fit. Any entry which is made as a result of tampering with the entry process will be invalid and not eligible for judging and/or any prizes. The Promoter has no liability to any entrants or voters in the event that the Competition is cancelled, terminated, modified or suspended in accordance with this clause 30.
31. All claims and entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter requires your personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. If you do not provide the mandatory information requested then you will not be able to take part in the Competition. By entering this Competition, each entrant is taken to consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s personal information to administer the Promotion, announce the winner and disclose the entrant’s personal information to organisations to assist the Promoter with administrating the Competition and announcing the winner, and to third parties as required by law (including authorities that regulate this Competition). The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and by entering the Competition, the entrant is taken to consent to the Privacy Policy. By entering into this Competition, each entrant also consents to the Promoter using their personal information for future marketing purposes. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
Once in Melbourne, the winners and their parent/ guardian will be meet at the Melbourne Airport by Horseland / Dublin representatives and transported by Limousine to the Werribee Mansion, for two (2) nights twin accommodation, with Buffet Breakfast, with Lunch and Dinner provided. Day one,you will be briefed at the SocieTEA - High Tea PR Launch for the Dublin Shoot and try on the Dublin out-fits, You will have time to enjoy the Mansion Hotel Spa Lounge, steam rooms, swimming pool and fitness facilities to relax and complete your wellbeing experience. The three (3) winners will each receive a one (1) hour LUX treatment from the Mansion Hotel Spa on Day one.
Day two (2) you will be pampered with hair and make-up artists ready for the Dublin Fashion Shoot.
After lunch, all winners and their parent or guardian will be transported by Limousine to Melbourne Airport for their return flight home. Transport from the City Airport in which the winners reside to their home, will be at the winners cost.
The Winners will receive an Agenda of the travel times and the daily schedule within seven (7) days of being notified as a winner by email.
32. Winners of the Dublin 2016 Ambassador Competition agree to having all photos from the photo shoot publicized and used in all promotional material and advertising that Horseland and Dublin deem fit. All photos and footage shot/ used becomes the property of Dublin Clothing Australia. Dublin Ambassadors and / or their parent/ guardians are not permitted to take any photos/ footage other than agreed upon at the shoot/ on location and during the promotional period at Werribee Mansion, or photos from the Horseland Spring l Summer Magazine unless authorized by Horseland representatives.
33. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Dublin Clothing Australia.
34. If an entrant participates in the Competition and also chooses to “opt-in” to sign up to Horseland Hors-e-News, the entrant acknowledges that a further primary purpose for collection of the entrant’s personal information by the Promoter is to enable the Promoter to use the information to assist the Promoter in improving goods and services and to contact the entrant in the future with information on special offers or provide the entrant with marketing materials via any medium including mail, telephone and commercial electronic messages SMS (Short Message Service), MMS (Multimedia Message Service), IM (Instant Messaging) and email or any other form of electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future. The Promoter may share information with its Australian related companies or promotional partners who may contact the entrant with special offers in this way. By entering the Competition and opting-in to sign up to Horseland Hors-e-News , the entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Promoter may use their personal information in the manner set out in this condition.
