Description

All gift cards are sent via registered post from our Melbourne office and are redeemable in store only. If you would like to order a gift over the maximum limit of $1000 we will send you multiple gift cards. For example if you would like to produce a gift card of $1500, we will send through a $1000 gift card and a $500 gift card.

Online Orders Delivery Policy

Horseland delivers safely and securely throughout Australia to your home or business address , or if you are purchasing a gift, to your gift recipient's address within Australia.  Each order requires a single delivery point. Your order will be delivered by one of our partner carriers including Australia Post or Toll- depending on the item purchased. 

Orders place before 12pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, will be dispatched same day after payment has been accepted and is subject to stock availability.  Delivery takes 5 business days in Metro Areas, 8 business days in Regional Areas and up to 10 days in Rural Areas.  

Postage and handling costs

Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $150. A flat rate of $10.95 delivery fee will be charged for orders under $150 from Australia.

As of 1 May 2015, we use Registered Post for all online Gift Card orders to provide receivers online tracking, recipient's signature upon delivery and compensation* for loss or damage. Gift Card Registered Post fee is $5.95.

Please ensure you understand our freight charges by entering your details at the Checkout step. Online delivery to International addresses or RMBs is not available.

* AusPost Registered Post offers compensation for loss or damage up to $100. For all claim enquiries, please retain your tracking number and contact AusPost. For more information on Registered Post, please visit AusPost Website

 

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing tracking details on how to follow your order’s journey to your door.

It’s recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you put down a relevant delivery address.  For example, if you are working we recommend you have your order delivered to work where you can sign receipt of delivery.

If you are not home to receive your order, it will be left at your address, considering any delivery instructions you provide. Where you are not able to be home to accept your order, you accept liability of your purchased items being left at your delivery address door.  Please ensure you understand our Lost or Stolen Order Policy.

In certain cases the delivery driver may deem certain premises unsuitable for safe drop. In these instances the driver’s discretion is used if they feel that the article will be safer at the nearest post office or depot.

I would have liked some kind of printable certificate at least as this was a Christmas present and had to simply give the recipient a card saying they would get a voucher in the mail.

I think your website needs to identify more clearer that it takes over a week for the paper voucher to arrive. As to other websites - it would be easier and quicker for the voucher to be available at the time of purchase and to print out. Please consider this as this may affect why people may not be buying your vouchers.

It was a surprising to find the outdated method of delivery of the gift card bought online. One should be able to have it delivered electronically to the gift recipient, with a message entered by the gift-giver.
