Overview
JP Korsteel offers the unique JP Curved Design. This unique design features curved bars that prevent the bit from hitting the roof of the horse's mouth and eliminate the nutcracker-like action that can pinch a horse's tongue. Features a jointed rubber mouth and named after the letter it resembles, the dee-ring has fixed cheek pieces to prevent the mouthpiece from pinching the horse’s lips and sliding through his mouth. It is a good, basic cheek piece for gauging a new or green horse’s biting needs.
