1. Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Weatherbeeta Customer Feedback Competition ("Competition") is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are ineligible.
Promoter
2. The promoter is Weatherbeeta Pty Ltd [ABN 77 006 752 692], 1/15 Hydrive Cl, Dandenong South, VIC, 3175.
Competition Period
3. The period of this Competition begins at 12:00:00am (AEST) on 27th May 2026 and ends at 11:59:59pm (AEDT) 19th November 2026 ("Competition Period").
Eligibility to Enter
4. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current or former customers of the Promoter who have received a promotional SMS or email from the Promoter.
5. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, or any related body corporate of the Promoter, as well as any agency associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
How to Enter
6. To enter the Competition, an eligible entrant must complete one of the following ways of entry during the Promotional Period:
(A) Email Entry: (i) click on the link provided in the email that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional website; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional survey, and submit the fully completed survey.
(B) SMS Entry: (i) click on the link provided in the SMS that they receive from the Promoter to be directed to the promotional website; and (ii) input the requested personal details and answer all the questions in the survey as prompted on the promotional website, and submit the fully completed survey.
7. For the sake of clarity, the entrant will be the person whose name is registered on the Promoter’s account relevant to the mobile phone number or email address submitted on entry.
8. One (1) entry permitted per feedback request.
Prize Draw
9. Entries open and close for the draw on the dates and times specified in the table below. The prize draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd, 80 Dorcas St, Southbank, VIC, 3006 at 12noon AEDT on the date specified in the table below.

10. The winner of the Prize Draw will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published on https://www.horseland.com.au within 7 days of the draw.
Prize
11. The first valid entry drawn will win a Visa electronic gift card(s) to the value of $1,000 ("VISA Digital eGift Card" “VISA Digital Card” or “VISA Virtual Card”).
12. The Visa card(s) will be sent electronically to the winner by email. Visa gift card(s) are subject to its terms of issue and may not be accepted by all retailers. The Promoter accepts no liability for defective card(s) however, if necessary, will provide reasonable assistance to the winner to ensure replacement VISA gift card(s) is (are) provided.
13. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Visa gift card(s) are not included. Any unused balance of the (any) Visa gift card(s) will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Visa gift card(s) is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Visa gift card(s).
Unclaimed Prize Draw
14. If the prize is still unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, the Promoter will conduct a further draw for the prize, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw. The date for the additional draw would be on 22nd February 2027.
The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone within two (2) days of the draw. The winner's name will be published on https://www.horseland.com.au within 7 days of the prize draw.
General
15. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner from the Prize Draw Period will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd at random through an automatic selection process.
16. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. The total value of the prize pool is $1,000 inclusive of GST.
18. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form (including not being able to be taken as cash).
19. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw referred to in clause 14, if for any reason a winner does not take possession of their prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
20. The draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd, 80 Dorcas St, Southbank, VIC, 3006.
21. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by vandalism, power failures, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or technical failures), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion, subject to the approval of the authorities that have issued permits for its conduct.
22. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for: (i) any error, omission, interruption, or delay in the operation or transmission of any communication including any communication sent to (or by) the Promoter or any entrant whether caused by problems with communication networks or lines, computer systems, software or internet service providers, or otherwise, (ii) any theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of such communications; (iii) any problem with, or technical malfunction of, any computer system or other equipment used for the conduct of the Promotion; (iv) any incorrect or incomplete information which may be communicated in the course of the administering this Promotion (whether as a result of one of the foregoing causes or otherwise).
23. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
24. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for, and the entrant releases the Promoter from responsibility for, any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, claim, damage or injury to person or property (including computer systems and servers) as a result of the entrant’s participation in this promotion or the conduct of the promotion generally or as a direct or indirect result of an entrant’s error, any technical problem of any kind including communications or network failure, unauthorized access to, transferring or theft of data, whether caused by the entrant or associated with the equipment or programming used in the conduct of this promotion. If, because of any such problem, this promotion is not able to be conducted as planned and/or the promotion’s administration, security, fairness or integrity are compromised or affected, the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant Department) cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or disqualify any entrant involved in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion in any way.
25. Details from all entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for publicity purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described.
26. The Promoter complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the competition) and for promotional purposes surrounding this competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their information as described and as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy available at https://www.horseland.com.au/privacy-policy/, and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, publicity purposes and (if the entrant has consented) marketing without any further reference or payment to the entrant. Entrants may access, change and/or update their personal information and obtain a copy of the Promoter’s privacy policy by contacting the Promoter at the address above or via the email address at onlinesales@horseland.com.au.
27. Any entrant (who the Promoter automatically enters into the Competition when they provide Feedback) who no longer wishes to participate in the Competition can email support@feedbackasap.com and request for their entry to be removed from the relevant draw.

- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Participating Stores (defined below) and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- Entries into the promotion open on 26/03/26 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 14/06/26 (“Promotional Period”).
- A participating store is any online or in-store Horseland located in Australia that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period (“Participating Store”).
- To be eligible to enter, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, purchase any Autumn/Winter 2026 Season WeatherBeeta horse rug that is listed in Annexure A (each an “Eligible Product”) from a Participating Store (“Qualifying Transaction”). In the event that a purchase receipt is not provided to an entrant for their Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request one.
- If an individual completes their Qualifying Transaction at an in-store Participating Store, to receive an entry into the relevant draw, they must then, during the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
- Visit https://www.horseland.com.au/competitions or scan the QR code on the promotional material in-store and follow the prompts to the promotion entry page;
- Input the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, valid email address, postal address, phone number and date of birth);
- Input their receipt number and number of Eligible Products purchased; and
- Submit the fully completed entry form.
- For the avoidance of doubt, any individual who makes an online Qualifying Transaction will receive one (1) automatic entry into the relevant draw upon completing the online Qualifying Transaction, and there is no requirement to complete a separate entry form.
- Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one (1) entry permitted per Eligible Product purchased; and (b) for individuals who enter in-store, each entry must be submitted in accordance with entry requirements.
- Any entries received for Qualifying Transactions that have been cancelled or refunded during the Promotional Period and up until the time of the relevant draw will be deemed invalid.
- Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the Eligible Product purchased, the Participating Store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- There will be a total of thirteen (13) draws conducted for this promotion, consisting of eleven (11) weekly draws (each a “Weekly Draw”), one (1) early bird draw (“Early Bird Draw”) and one (1) major draw conducted for all entries received during the Promotional Period (“Major Draw”). Entries into each Weekly Draw will open and close on the dates/times indicated in the table below. Entries into the Early Bird Draw open at 12:00am AEDT on 26/03/26 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 23/04/26. All Weekly Draws and the Early Bird Draw will take place at 1 Hydrive Cl, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia on the dates/times indicated in the table below. The Major Draw will take place at Level 3/162 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000 on 17/06/26 at 11:00am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Weekly Draw winners, the Early Bird Draw winner and the Major Prize winners will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the relevant draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online at the Horseland Facebook and Instagram pages at https://www.facebook.com/horselandau and https://www.instagram.com/horseland_official/ on the dates indicated in the table below. All non-winning entries in each Weekly Draw will not be entered into any subsequent Weekly Draws, however, all entries (including all entries in the Early Bird Draw) will be entered into the Major Draw.

- Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Horseland voucher are not included in the prize. Any unused balance of the Horseland voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Horseland voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Horseland voucher.
- The first valid entry drawn from the Early Bird Draw will win one (1) meet and greet experience with Olympian Equestrian rider Stuart Tinney and five-star Equestrian rider Gemma Tinney in NSW, valued at up to $2,500. The Promoter will notify the winner of the exact location in NSW and the date that the meet and greet experience must be taken on at the time of winner notification. For the avoidance of doubt, flights and accommodation are not included in the prize and any costs associated with traveling to and from the location of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
- The meet and greet experience provides the winner with an opportunity to meet Olympian Equestrian rider Stuart Tinney and 5-star Equestrian rider Gemma Tinney, and an opportunity to have photographs taken with Stuart Tinney and Gemma Tinney. These elements of the prize are not guaranteed and are subject to the goodwill of Stuart Tinney and Gemma Tinney on the day. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will not offer any alternative in the event that these elements of the prize cannot be offered for any reason.
- The first valid entry drawn from the Major Draw will win one (1) trip for two (2) people to attend their choice of either the 2027 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event (Kentucky, USA), the 2027 MARS Badminton Horse Trials Event (Badminton, UK) or the 2027 Spruce Meadows 'Masters’ Tournament (Calgary, Canada), valued at up to $35,850 (depending on date and point of departure). The Promoter will advise the winner of the exact dates that the chosen Event will take place on once the dates have been released.
Prize includes:
- Two (2) x return business class airfares from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to either Kentucky, USA, Badminton, UK or Calgary, Canada (depending on the winner’s choice of event);

The Promoter will advise the winner of the exact dates that the 2027 Adelaide Equestrian Festival will take place on once the dates have been released.
Prize includes:
- Two (2) x return economy airfares from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Adelaide, SA;
- Four (4) x nights twin or double share 5-star accommodation in Adelaide, SA for two (2) people; and
- Two (2) x 2 or 3-day tickets to attend the 2027 Adelaide Equestrian Festival (Adelaide, SA) (the Promoter will notify the winner of the exact number of days once the 2027 Adelaide Equestrian Festival event dates have been released).
- Spending money, transfers, meals, transport to and from departure point, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, passports, visas, vaccinations, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. Prize must be taken to coincide with the dates of the event (as advised by the Promoter once the 2027 dates are released) and is subject to booking and flight availability.
- Winners and their companions must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winners may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The Promoter will not be responsible if a winner or their companion is refused a visa to any country, or is not permitted entry into that country for any reason.
- The 2027 Defender Kentucky Three-Day Event (Kentucky, USA), the 2027 MARS Badminton Horse Trials Event (Badminton, UK), the 2027 Spruce Meadows 'Masters’ Tournament (Calgary, Canada) and the 2027 Adelaide Equestrian Festival tickets (Adelaide, SA) are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject the winner (or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
- Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of a prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
- If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- Total prize pool value is up to $50,000.
- Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
- Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm AEST on 19/07/26 (for the original winners) and by 11:59pm AEST on 19/08/26 (for the winners of the unclaimed prize draw, if any).
- A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 20/07/26 at the same time and place as the Major Draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winners, if any, will be notified by telephone and email within seven (7) days of the draw and their details will be published (first initial, surname and postcode) online at the Horseland Facebook and Instagram pages at https://www.facebook.com/horselandau and https://www.instagram.com/horseland_official/ on 27/07/26.
- In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, government lockdown, pandemic or any other kind of disaster or unforeseeable event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
- The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) if any of the events are delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (e) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) taking of a prize.
- As a condition of accepting any prize awarded via the Early Bird Draw or the Major Draw, the winner (and their companion, if applicable) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
- The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The entrants consent to the Promoter using their PI for these purposes or any other purposes set out in its Privacy Policy. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at https://www.horseland.com.au/privacy-policy/. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
