Sophia Hill is well known in the eventing and show jumping circuit for consistently producing fantastic results, but did you know she also runs a successful breaking in and training business? Sophia is often seen decked out head to toe in Dublin and for this spring and summer she’s picked out her favourite Dublin items from the new range.
1. Helmet
I currently train in the Dublin Arista Helmet at home and it has to one of my favourite helmets because it’s available in a large variety of colours that are all very smart, but the classic matte black is my go-to as it just goes with everything. These helmets are so comfortable that I often forget to take it off when I’ve finished riding, you barely notice it’s on! I’m looking forward to wearing the new Dublin Adara Helmet which I got to test out on set at the Spring Summer 2022 campaign shoot.
2. Breeches
I live in my Dublin Shona Full Grip Silicone Print Denim Breeches. They are perfect for everyday wear and are made from a fantastic material that’s super stretchy and comfortable. I can easily ride 10 horses per day, and these breeches are thick enough to protect my legs from rubbing. I just love the denim look and one of my other new favourites would have to be the Dublin Tamara Breeches.
3. Long Sleeve Shirt
Being outdoors nearly every day means I need to ensure I stay protected from the sun as best as possible. The Dublin Kylee Long Sleeve Shirt II is the perfect top for summer because it is lightweight and breathable with ventilation panels and also offers UV block. With the long sleeves and a stand collar it offers superior protection, and I tend to ride with the zipper done all the way up to keep my neck out of the sun to avoid getting a famers tan! The best part about it is it comes in a huge range of colours perfect for every occasion.
4. Tall Boots
You can never have too many pairs of tall boots! The Dublin Galtymore Tall Boots are my favourite pair of boots and are perfect for everyday wear or competition. They’re extremely easy to break in, and are so comfortable to wear.
